ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Head of Growth will create and lead online and offline growth efforts. The role will report directly to the CEO. This person will lead our journey in conjunction with the founding team to 100X our business.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive and measure campaigns in all existing markets as well as new markets
  • Define launch playbook
  • Drive organic growth
  • Travel on short notice
  • Work closely with our PR and product teams
  • Build the next billion dollar category in real estate
  • Develop deep understanding of personas in each side of our marketplace and recommend product changes which engage these groups

Requirements

  • Can inspire new behaviors
  • Experience working with a two-sided marketplace, balancing the growth of both supply and demand to create sustained scalability
  • Self-starter
  • Have identified and driven improvement on key metrics to interpret the health of our customer base
  • Experience driving millions of users into a new product while building on network effects and creating a virtuous loop
