Recharge enables anyone to book a luxury hotel room instantly and pay by the minute. We are changing the way people move and live in cities: urbanites on-the-move no longer have to be tied to one office or commute back home to enjoy the privacy and comforts of a living space, including access to a bed, bath, and a private office. For hotels, Recharge is the easiest way to monetize under-utilized room assets during the day to create previously unheard of levels of yield. We are currently operational in San Francisco and New York.
We are looking for a social media manager to help better engage with our current and potential users. Recharge is an innovative, future-oriented, and conversation-worthy brand. Countless use cases for the services have already organically emerged out of the imagination of our existing consumers, from traveling professionals, to sleep deprived or nursing moms, to commuters and red-eye passengers. Social media can be a powerful tool to engage with users, understand their stories, and share all of these unique experiences with others also looking for a little more ease, flexibility, and wellness in their lives.
This position comes with a stipend, amount based on experience. The manager is expected to work on his/her own schedule for ~10-15 hours a week. He/she will interact regularly with both Recharge's General Manager and Head of Design. There is opportunity to grow the role as the company scales.
