Role & Responsibilities

In this role you will:

  • Be an outstanding player and coach with high EQ
  • Execute projects across the company and run hiring until a recruiting manager joins
  • Interface seamlessly with leaders across the business
  • Build the next billion dollar category in real estate
  • Anticipate challenges and obstacles. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans with incomplete information
  • Coordinate between teams to ensure we are moving towards our company-level goals and staying on our scheduled timeline
  • Consistently inspire excellence

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate has:

  • Executed on a growth plan for a startup which scaled to millions of users
  • Ran operations at a company (ideally a two-sided marketplace)
  • Led or co-led the financial diligence of early stage venture capital rounds
  • Outstanding track record of performance and execution
  • Strong startup DNA
  • Strong analytical background
  • Versatility to wear many hats while running a variety of projects
  • Built strong community with users while growing multiple internal teams
  • 8+ years of experience at top tech company, startup or travel company
